Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Chatterjee Enterprise website, client portal, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Client accounts are intended for registered businesses. Applications are subject to verification of your GSTIN and supporting documents, and to approval by our administration team. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke any account at our discretion.

Contracted wholesale prices are assigned per approved client and may differ from publicly displayed indicative prices. All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and applicable GST. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

GST is applied based on the applicable HSN classification and the supplier and client state codes (CGST + SGST for intra-state, IGST for inter-state). Tax invoices are generated electronically and made available in your portal.

Payment terms, including any milestone or partial payments, are as agreed on your account or invoice. Outstanding balances are payable by the due date shown on the relevant invoice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatterjee Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the supply of goods, beyond the value of the order in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
